Bajina Bašta – The 30th jubilee Drina Regatta was held in Bajina Bašta, Serbia, and concluded on Sunday, July 21, 2024, with a descent along the Drina River from Perućac to Rogačica. This year’s Drina Regatta, spanning 7 days, featured a series of events and musical concerts, with a record attendance of 30,000 participants and 2,000 vessels at the traditional descent.
“A vast number of boats, rafts, and kayaks. We descended this beautiful river, blessed with favorable weather. We can say that the 30th jubilee Drina Regatta is the largest in history,” said Deputy Director of TO Tara-Drina, Siniša Spasojević.
The Drina Regatta in Bajina Bašta is renowned as the largest water party in Europe, attracting thousands of visitors from around the world each year who enjoy the unique blend of river, nature, and water entertainment.
